Turners Car Auctions, a market leader in New Zealand’s automotive industry, handles over 10% of used vehicle sales and offers in-house finance and insurance. To meet the expectations of digital-age users and reduce staff workload, I was tasked with redesigning the insurance purchasing process. My team created a user-friendly quoting tool to streamline the experience for younger users and improve efficiency for TurnersCars.
